The New Orleans Saints took down the New York Jets last weekend , and defensively, they led the charge with a season-high 8 sacks. Cam Jordan's back to back sacks led the team and further cemented himself in the NFL record books.
With the two sacks Jordan had on the day, the veteran defensive end officially has his ninth season with at least eight sacks. He joins NFL legends LB Rickey Jackson, DL Leslie O'Neal, DE Jason Taylor, DE Dwight Freeney, OLB Robert Mathis, DE Jared Allen, DE DeMarcus Ware, and DT Aaron Donald are the only other players who have accomplished this feat.
