There are currently 23 Virginia Tech alums on NFL rosters. Several clubs began OTAs (Organized Team Activities) on Monday with the bulk of teams starting on-field workouts Tuesday, May 22. During this phase of NFL off-season programs, teams may conduct on-field workouts, but no live contact or team offense vs. team defense drills are permitted.

One of the most highly-anticipated set of OTAs this season will take place in Berea, Ohio where QB Tyrod Taylor will get his first opportunity to formally work with his receivers and other offensive players with coaches present.
