The winner of this series will play the Blue Jackets in round two.
As everyone is probably well aware of by now, the Blue Jackets defeated the Lightning in one of the biggest upsets in NHL – possibly even professional sports – history. The path to the Stanley Cup just got a whole lot easier for whoever wins this series.
Nothing against the Blue Jackets, but they are a much easier opponent than the Lightning, no matter what.
