The Toronto Maple Leafs won the game but YOU CAN’T WIN LIKE THAT IN THE PLAYOFFS…….too much offense, no fighting, Nylander scoring a goal…….it was barely a watchable game for some.
Of course, You definitely can win in the playoffs playing like that because the team who scores the most goals wins no matter what, but shh! don’t tell anyone……it’s the best kept secret in hockey.
And if you don’t like it that is totally fine. I know a nice team in Long Island that plays a really boring style of play, they’ve got your old favs Matt Martin and Lou “No Facial Hair” Lamoriello to cheer for.
