The trade market for Krug would be strong and they could get a good return for him.
The Edmonton Oilers have lost left-handed defenseman Andrej Sekera to long-term injury, and could now come calling as they could use an offensive, top-four left-handed defenseman.
The Oilers have shown interest in Krug before.
