Truffled cheese whiz? I suppose you save the bottle of champ for the end to wash that horrid taste out of your mouth. Kapanen knows Philly well having spent time there a decade ago when his father played for the Flyers, so I am sure he knows he would get smacked down by the locals pretty fast for ordering a cheesestake made with wagyu.
