The NHL’s target date started with December 1st, which moved to January 1st and now January 13th but a lot of things need to be put in place for that to happen. And that, at first, had only to do with scheduling “ignoring” the health complications for the time being. Or so we thought.
Turns out the NHL is considering taking the All-Canadian Division fans were looking forward to and moving it south of the border. Instead of watching the Leafs take on the Habs, Oilers and Sens to name a few 9 times over a 56-game campaign, they would instead be realigned with the rest of the league.
