One of the fastest recruits in the class of 2018 has committed to the Texas Longhorns. Four-star WR Rondale Moore announced his commitment to Texas on Twitter.

Moore hails from Kentucky, where he's the top player in the state. He's listed as the No. 43 WR and No. 215 overall recruit by the 247Sports composite, so 247Sports has him as a top 100 recruit.
Moore is just 5-foot-8, 174-pounds, but was timed in the 4.3s in the 40-yard dash. A speedy slot receiver, he should fit well in Tom Herman's offense.

Moore picked the Longhorns over Kentucky, Purdue, Louisville and Ohio State. Moore is the 12th commit for Texas, giving the Longhorns the No. 4 class in the country.
