Kostin currently plays for the Blues as a prospect. He was drafted 31st overall by the Blues in the 2017 NHL Draft. He previously played for the KHL’s Dynamo Moscow and Avangard Omsk in his native Russia.
Kostin scored his first NHL goal for the Blues on November 23, 2019, in a 4-2 loss to the Nashville Predators. He most recently scored one goal on February 19th when the Blues played the Toronto Maple Leafs.
