The president of Valencia CF is said to be in Barcelona to negotiate the transfer of Rodrigo to the Catalan club, according to a report. The Valencian daily Superdeporte says Anil Murthy is in Barcelona ready to strike a deal, though until this moment, los che have rejected all incoming offers.
Barcelona reportedly proposed including Moussa Wagué and Abel Ruiz in a deal for Rodrigo. They also were said to have offered a loan deal in which there was no mandatory purchase option for the forward, but a penalty would be incurred if the player was returned at the end of the loan.
