Mexico announce U17 National Team Callup for Training Camp

Luis Perez announced the call up list to his first training camp as U17 National Team Coach. The training camp will be in the Centro de Alto Rendimiento (CAR) and will take place in from Saturday, October 31st until Thursday, November 5th. Perez will be in charge of the team that will try to qualify for the 2021 U17 World Cup.

The call up list was the following:

Goalkeepers: Brian Betancourt (Chivas), Leonardo Palestina (Mazatlan FC), Jose Eulogio (Pachuca)

Defenders: Hector Ramirez (Pumas), Andres Becerra (Atlas), Bruno Alcocer (Atletico San Luis), Javier de Jesus Guerrero (Chivas), Daniel Alvarado (Atlas), Sebastian Esparza (Necaxa), Hector Garcia (FC Juarez), Antero Landaverde (Atlas)

Midfielders: Miguel Angel Carreon (Pumas), Kevin Madrigal (Atlas), Juan Luis Conejo (Chivas), Dylan Torres (Puebla), Carlos Cruz (Atlas), Cristian Mares (Puebla), Isaac Partida (Mazatlan FC), Victor Rios (Atlas), Heriberto Jurado (Necaxa), Andre Ham (Chivas), Yosthin Mendoza (Mexiquense), Gael Garcia Bernal (Chivas)

The 2021 U17 World Cup is set to be played in Peru although because of the COVID-19 emergency, there is no set date for the competition.
