Barcelona midfielder Marc Bernal is hoping to make his long-awaited comeback from injury in August after spending almost a year on the sidelines.
Bernal was ruled out for 12 months after undergoing ACL surgery last September but can now see the light at the end of the tunnel.
The midfielder has been back in training at the club for a little while and now has a date in mind for when he plans to return.
“I think I’ll be ready to play around August,” he told the media during Barca’s title celebrations.
Bernal’s return will be a welcome boost for Hansi Flick and his team.
