Chivas started their Liguilla campaign with another victory as they defeated Toluca by a 1-0 score in the first leg. Chivas extended their winning streak to six matches after a late goal gave them the victory in a very even match that had some controversial moments. The teams will now face each other in Toluca for the 2nd leg of the QF series. With the victory, any tie would give Chivas the ticket to the Semifinal although a Toluca victory by any score would give them the pass to the Semifinals.
