Despite their recent offensive woes, Tijuana was able to get a road point from a tough Atlas team, grinding out a 3-3 draw in Estadio Jalisco.
Argentine forward Matias Alustiza got the scoring started early, when Gibran Lajud bobbled a corner in the 12th minute.
Xolos would answer quickly however. In the 14th minute, Avilés Hurtado would put Xolos on the board with a great bicycle kick off of the corner kick.
In the 28th minute, Michael Orozco and Martín Barragán clashed heads. Both were down for quite some time, however both were able to return to play.
