Here's How Much Money Each Football Coach In The SEC Makes

College football, the NCAA says, isn't about money. However, college coaches make a TON of money. The vast majority of these coaches are their university's highest-paid employee, making more than the school's president - especially in a football crazy conference like the SEC. Here are the salaries for all 14 coaches in the conference, according to USA Today (including Les Miles, who was fired by LSU earlier this season):

14) Barry Odom, Missouri Tigers - $2.35 million

13) Derek Mason, Vanderbilt Commodores - $2.556 million

12) Will Muschamp, South Carolina Gamecocks - $3 million

11) Mark Stoops, Kentucky Wildcats - $3.5 million

10) Kirby Smart, Georgia Bulldogs - $3.75 million

9) Butch Jones, Tennessee Volunteers - $4.1 million

8) Bret Bielema, Arkansas Razorbacks - $4.1 million

7) Dan Mullen, Mississippi State Bulldogs - $4.2 million

6) Jim McElwain, Florida Gators - $4.268 million

5) Les Mies, LSU Tigers - $4.3 million

4) Hugh Freeze, Ole Miss Rebels - $4.7 million

3) Gus Malzahn, Auburn Tigers - $4.725 million

2) Kevin Sumlin, Texas A&M Aggies - $5 million

1) Nick Saban, Alabama Crimson Tide - $6.9 million
