LOS ANGELES -- The Sharks didn't mess around this time. Well, a little bit.
They scored the first three goals Friday night. Then they gave back all three of the goals by allowing the Los Angeles Kings to tie the score -- but then went ahead again early in the third period on a goal by rookie Joonas Donskoi and followed it up with a blistering goal by Joe Pavelski. The Sharks then served up a punctuation mark with an empty-netter for a 6-3 victory that clinched a series triumph over the Los Angeles Kings in five tight and tense games.
