The San Jose Sharks captain returned to the ice for Game 7 on Wednesday after missing the first six games of the series after suffering a scary head injury in Game 7 against the Vegas Golden Knights. In his previous seven games played in the 2019 Stanley Cup playoffs, Joe Pavelski recorded two goals and two assists.
Leading up to his Game 7 return, Pavelski made his first public appearance since his gruesome injury in the final stages of the third period in Game 5 when he was shown on the jumbotron waving a rally towel during a TV timeout.
