Good morning, baseball fans! The Los Angeles Dodgers lost yesterday while the San Francisco Giants had a day off, so they’ve grown their division lead to 2.5 games. Not bad for a day off!
It was also announced yesterday that Tim Lincecum will be eligible for the Hall of Fame ballot next year. And if that didn’t make your head spin, I envy you. It’s hard to believe that it’s been that long since Lincecum pitched, but it has.
Lincecum’s last start for the Giants was in June of 2015, where he was pulled early after taking a come-backer to the arm.
