The San Francisco 49ers had their final home practice of training camp on Wednesday before they fly to Denver to participate in joint practices with the Broncos. That’ll be fun. Joe Staley and Mike McGlinchey against Von Miller and Bradley Chubb. Chris Harris lining up against Dante Pettis. Noah Fant against Fred Warner. There will be plenty of intriguing matchups.
Before we get there, some encouraging news came out of 49ers camp. Nick Bosa did light conditioning with trainers. He was still walking slowly, but he was not wearing a Week 1 doesn’t seem out of the question, which is excellent.
