In its last match, Utah Royals FC fell 3-0 at Rio Tinto Stadium to the 2019 NWSL Shield Winners, North Carolina Courage.
Friday's match will mark the third and final time URFC and Reign FC have faced one another during the 2019 regular season. Thus far, Utah has split points with the opponent from Washington, with each team securing a win.
