The Oklahoma Sooners and new head coach Lincoln Riley have landed another top recruit. This time, it's a four-star QB from the class of 2019. Spencer Rattler announced his commitment to the Sooners Tuesday on Twitter.

Rattler hails from Phoenix, Arizona, where he's the No. 2 recruit for 2019. He's the No. 77 overall prospect and the No. 3 pro-style QB. He checks in at 6-foot-1, 175-pounds.
Rattler had numerous offers already, from many of the top programs. He picked OU over the likes of Alabama, Texas, Notre Dame, Miami and more.
