Quinshon Judkins won’t face a formal charge for his domestic violence arrest last month.
A spokesperson for the Broward State Attorney’s Office told ESPN on Thursday that prosecutors decided not to file a formal misdemeanor battery charge against Judkins, ending the case against the former Ohio State running back following his arrest on July 12 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Prosecutors have declined to file a formal misdemeanor battery charge against Browns rookie RB Quinshon Judkins, a spokeperson for the Broward State Attorneys Office told ESPN.

According to the decline memorandum by the State Attorney’s Office, prosecutors determined there was “no reasonable likelihood of conviction” due to several factors including a lack of video surveillance, a lack of independent witnesses to the incident and delayed reporting of the incident.
