San Jose Sharks Taken Down by St. Louis Blues Relentless Attack

The Blues never ending attack of effective checking and contributions from all their players was the difference in this series. The stellar performance by their rookie goaltender, Jordan Binnington, should also not go unnoticed. The Sharks were simply out-gunned, out played and out checked by the larger more physical Blues team.

Sharks Come Out Hungry!

The Sharks came out and took game one winning 6-3 with finesse and skill, taking advantage of the Blues’ mistakes. However, the Blues constant checking in this game had a purpose that would soon be revealed later in the series.
