Here Is Where 7 Mock Drafts Have Ohio State DE Nick Bosa Being Selected In 2019 NFL Draft

The 2018 NFL Draft is over, so naturally, it's time to look ahead to the 2019 NFL Draft. One of the most polarizing players in the country will be Ohio State Buckeyes' DE Nick Bosa. The Bosa family breeds NFL talent, Nick's father John played three seasons in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins and Nick's older brother Joey - who was also a standout at Ohio State - was selected third overall by the Chargers in 2016.

Nick Bosa has the physical attributes standing 6-foot-4 and weighing 270 pounds to be a top-five pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. When you combine his size with his natural athletic ability it will be interesting to see which NFL team lands this monster defensive end. Here is where Nick Bosa is projected to get drafted by the major sports publications:

Draft Selection: 1
Breakdown:
The order is based on the Over/Under win totals for 2018, so yell at Vegas, not me, about the order. The Browns are really in great shape with their roster, with a bunch of talented young players they'll try and develop. So we'll just give them perhaps the best player in this coming year's draft: Nick Bosa. Garrett and Bosa is a terrifying front. Also, watch for a true LT.

USA Today
Draft Selection: 1 (Draft order based on Super Bowl odds from Vegas Insider)
Breakdown:
"After getting their franchise quarterback in Sam Darnold, the Jets are freed up to take an elite pass rusher here."

Walter Football
Draft Selection: 2 (Based on the real 2019 NFL Draft Order)
Breakdown

"Some Jet fan e-mailers were furious that their team didn't add an edge rusher in the previous draft. My response was that this was more than just a short rebuilding process, and I'm sure general manager Mike Maccagnan was well aware that the 2019 NFL Draft will be loaded with edge rushers. Nick Bosa has a tremendous skill set, and he has been very productive for Ohio State in 2017 thus far after recording five sacks last year."

Bleacher Report
Draft Selection: 1 (Based on Matt Miller's personal prediction )
Breakdown:
"The New York Jets drafted the franchise quarterback in Sam Darnold and now can focus on getting the edge-rusher the defense needs to take the next step toward a playoff run. Nick Bosa, from an early look, is a better prospect than his older brother Joey. He's a little twitchier as an athlete and has a little more flexibility in his hips. Where Joey is more of a traditional defensive end, Nick projects well either standing up or putting his hand in the dirt. The Jets will gladly take the production Bosa brings to the table."S

Sporting News
Draft Selection: 3 (Based Super Bowl odd)

Breakdown:
"The brother of former third overall pick Joey Bosa, Nick should be a top-five pick, too. He and Oliver will contend for the top non-quarterback spot in the 2019 NFL Draft."

Land of 10
Draft Selection: 3

Breakdown:
"
Nick Bosa might be even better than his brother, the current Chargers defensive end. And that’s saying a lot. "

SB Nation
Draft Selection: 5 (Based Westgate Superbook )
Breakdown
"Can you call something a value pick a year before the draft even starts? Sure, this is sort of silly anyway. Besides, if Jason Pierre-Paul happens to struggle in his first season in Tampa there’s an out in his contract after the season. Bosa is just too good to drop any further. He’s in the running with Oliver as being the lead draft prospect."
