BREAKING: Eagles WR Torrey Smith Has Been Traded To The Panthers For CB Daryl Worley

The Philadelphia Eagles and Carolina Panthers have made a trade involving wide receiver Torrey Smith and cornerback Daryl Worley, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Smith is headed to Carolina while Worley will play for the defending Super Bowl champs.

Smith is 29 years old and coming off a decent 2017 season where he had 36 receptions, 430 yards, and two touchdowns. Worley is  23 years old and has a cap hit of just $865,000, saving the Eagles $4,135,000 on their cap. Worley is also a Philadelphia native who has three interceptions and two sacks the last two seasons.
