Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott has been granted a TRO which means the suspension will be put on hold. This is after just five days where the court ruled in favor of NFL in Ezekiel Elliott Case. We knew the decision on whether or not Elliott was going to be suspended was fast approaching since there was an Emergency Hearing Today for Ezekiel Elliott.
During the hearing, Ezekiel Elliot's counsel said there is a "conspiracy" to suppress evidence to Elliott.

Just because Elliott was granted the TRO that doesn't mean the suspension is over. It means he has been given more time and as we saw last year with the Brady case, Elliott will might have to serve some sort of suspension but it seems unlikely to happen this year.
