Since being drafted by the Saints with the 24th pick in the 2011 NFL Draft, Cameron Jordan has, rather quietly, become the greatest Saints defensive player ever. Sure, that’s saying a lot with the names on the list in New Orleans. But his career becomes more epic with each passing season.
The first thing that sticks out when looking at Jordan’s career numbers is that he doesn’t miss games. The last time he missed a start was in his rookie season. And he hasn’t missed a start since then. For a defensive player, especially an every down player like Jordan, that’s simply unheard of.
