The Devils have lost another assistant coach.
Just weeks after Geoff Ward took the same position with the Calgary Flames, Ryane Clowe will leave the Devils to serve as head coach of the Newfoundland Growlers, the ECHL affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The @MapleLeafs announced today Ryane Clowe has been named Head Coach of the club's ECHL affiliate, the Newfoundland Growlers

Clowe began his coaching career with the Devils after concussions forced him to end his playing career in 2015.
