The 2018 NBA Draft Lottery is complete. The lottery picks were finalized Tuesday night, with a few notable surprises. The Phoenix Suns had the best odds to land the #1 overall pick and that’s exactly what happened in the lottery. And while the bottom half of the lottery didn’t change, the top half did. The Sacramento Kings jumped into the Top 3, pushing the Dallas Mavericks, Memphis Grizzlies and every other team down in the order.
