The Montreal Canadiens headed to Bathurst, New Brunswick to take on the Florida Panthers in the annual Kraft Hockeyville game last night. It was their second game of the preseason after defeating the New Jersey Devils 4-2 on Monday night.
The Habs continued their winning ways by outlasting the Panthers and coming away with a 4-3 victory. The final score is not significant in an exhibition game, but there were so many young players that are trying to crack the regular season lineup that it was an interesting game to keep an eye on.
One player that fans were watching closely was 2017 first round pick Ryan Poehling.
