Anthony Davis leaves Game 4 with groin strain

Anthony Davis went to the ground grabbing his left thigh after taking a tumble following a driving layup attempt in the closing seconds of the first half against the Phoenix Suns in Game 4 of the Lakers’ first round series. After being evaluated in the locker room, the Lakers star did not return for the second half, with the team saying he has a left groin strain and will miss at least the rest of Sunday’s game.

Davis already looked slightly limited in the first two quarters while trying to play through a knee sprain, and had 6 points on 2-9 shooting in 19 first half minutes before getting hurt.
