With less than two weeks to go until the February 24th deadline, NHL clubs have put together their list of trade targets and conversed with clubs that are probably or definitely sellers. The issue over the next week is whether buyers will pay the going rate for someone who can bolster a position of weakness or roll the dice to see if the price will go down as the deadline approaches.
