Florida Panthers Acquire Forward Mason Marchment From Toronto

On Wednesday, February. 19 at 11:00 A.M., the Florida Panthers announced that they acquired forward Mason Marchment from the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for forward Denis Malgin.

Marchment, who’s 24 years of age, has participated in four games with the Leafs this season, recording a lone assist. A native of Uxbridge, Ontario, Marchment spent his time in juniors with the Erie Otters, Hamilton Bulldogs, and Mississauga Steelheads.

Entering the league as an undrafted player, the Maple Leafs signed Marchment to an AHL contract back in 2016.
