Mack led the Musketeers to the Sweet 16 this year, making it three times in his six years as a head coach, and his run of success has kept Xavier very relevant in the national conversation. The 45-year-old has shown that he's a good coach, but he has yet to make an Elite Eight, and there are doubts about his ability to lead a team to the Final Four.

Pitino is the youngest coach on this list at 32 years old, and he's spent his last two seasons at Minnesota. He was a Florida assistant under Donovan from 2009 to 2011 after spending two years on his father Rick's Louisville staff. Priot to Minnesota, he was the head coach at Florida International in 2012-13, where he led the Golden Panthers from Isiah Thomas's tenure to the best conference record in school history.

1) Archie Miller, Dayton

Miller is one of the rising stars in coaching, leading his Dayton Flyers to the Elite 8 last year and an upset victory over 6-seed Providence this year. The 36-year-old just signed signed an extension with Dayton through 2022, but he’d gladly find his way out of that if the Gators were to come calling.
