3 Reasons Why Florida Is GUARANTEED To Beat LSU

There are very few guarantees when it comes to the game of football, but when it comes to the Florida Gators' road game against the LSU Tigers this week, we've found an exception to the rule. Here's 3 Reasons Why Florida Is GUARANTEED To Beat LSU.

1. Treon Harris "Prove It" Time

Don't write off the Gators offense with QB Will Grier having been suspended -- Harris is uber-athletically talented and primed to lead this offense forward. Harris adds a rushing element that will add an extra dimension to Florida's offense. While his accuracy throwing on the run has been in question sometimes, the kid's work ethic and pure ability will shine through. He's more than capable to take over for Grier. He's also more than capable of gashing this LSU defense.

2. Defensive Dominance

Other than the Tennessee game, Florida's defense has sparkled in SEC play -- giving up just nine points to Kentucky, ten points to Ole Miss and three points in this past Saturday's 21-3 suffocation of Missouri. LSU's run game, keyed by Heisman favorite Leonard Fournette, is operating at another level right now. However, if there's any front seven that can at least slow him down, it's Florida's.

3. Charmed Gators

There's just something different about this Florida team under head coach Jim McElwain. Guys are playing to the level that Gators fans expect out of a team bearing the signature blue & orange. The team just feels like a Florida team from the program's 1990s-2000s heyday. UF already got its signature 2015 win at home against Ole Miss. They'll get their signature road win in this one, proving themselves as College Football Playoff material in front of a hostile Death Valley crowd.
