Ben Scrivens was supposed to be somewhat of a savior for the Edmonton Oilers. After star-studded performances with the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Los Angeles Kings, he came to Edmonton to try to help them out when it came to the goaltending.
However, after not bringing the Oilers up the standings, as well as a bit of a poor experience goaltending (mostly to blame on the defense, not him), the Oilers have brought in Cam Talbot and Anders Nilsson.
In these times where the Oilers net is becoming three’s company, Scrivens is staying calm and optimistic, and he will do whatever it takes to prove to the Oilers that he can help the team go in a more positive direction.
