Duke Basketball Recruiting: Blue Devils To Extend Offer To 2017 4-Star Point Guard?

Four-star Norman (OK) point guard Trae Young impressed those in attendance on Sunday at the Pangos All American Camp, and now he's got his eyes set high on the defending national champion Duke Blue Devils.

The 6-1, 170-pound standout is slated to visit UCLA on Monday while he is in Los Angeles. Following a trip to the NBA Top 100 Camp later in June, he will visit Duke.

Coach K's staff hasn't yet extended an offer to Young, but he's expecting they will when he's on campus.

"Duke does things a little different than everyone else," Young told 247Sports. "They like to offer face to face. They said they were going to offer, so I'm expecting it to happen."

Considered a dead-eye perimeter shooter with impressive on-court instincts, Young is currently ranked as the #33 overall player in the Class of 2017 by 247Sports.
