The Detroit Pistons got off to an extremely slow start Saturday night in Milwaukee, and it never seemed to pick up. Neither Langston Galloway nor Luke Kennard could buy a bucket, but they weren’t alone.
The only run of offense in the first quarter came from Thon Maker, when he slammed a dunk, drew a foul, and then drained a three at the end of the shot clock a few possessions later. The quarter might’ve been Maker’s best of the year.
The offensive struggle continued into the second quarter, but a run at the end made brought the deficit down to only seven at half.
