Cowboys News: Dallas Signs WR Michael Gallup, Full Draft Class Now Signed

The Dallas Cowboys have signed third-round pick Michael Gallup, meaning they have signed all of the rookies in their draft class.

Dallas is set to start OTAs this week and having their entire rookie class signed means all will be able to participate and focus solely on football.

That is especially good news for Gallup, who is expected to have a major role in the Cowboys' offense as they try to replace Dez Bryant. Gallup said he'll give Dallas some of the same attributes Bryant gave the offense.

“If you’re not aggressive, you’re going to get beat up," said the rookie, via David Moore of The Dallas Morning News. "I’m going to go up there and get it. I’m going to high point it. I like to catch with my hands. I don’t like body catches. I’m definitely a strong-willed wide receiver.”

He is also expected to get more reps with the first-team offense during OTAs due to Terrance Williams' arrest this weekend.

Gallup caught 100 passes for 1,418 yards and seven touchdowns as a senior for Colorado State last season.
