Breaking News: Federal Court Makes Ruling on Ezekiel Elliott Case

As promised by the Eastern District of Texas Federal Judge Amos Mazzant has made a ruling on the Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott case: Zeke wins - he has been granted a temporary restraining order by a Texas district court, per court docs. He can play.

On August 11th, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell gave Elliott a six-game suspension for physical injury to former girlfriend Tiffany Thompson on three incidents. Elliott has continued to claim innocence and denies all claims. Elliott has employed Jeffery Kessler, the same lawyer who was heading the Brady Deflategate case.
