Caroline Weir scored twice as Manchester City Women came from behind to win 3-1 against Chelsea Women in the Conti Cup final.

Sam Kerr gave Chelsea - winners of this competition in the previous two years - a first half lead with a close-range strike on the turn.

But Weir struck twice after the break either side of Ellen White's predatory finish as City lifted the trophy for the first time since 2019.
