Chelsea storm to victory with a 7-0 mauling of Servette in the Women's Champions League thanks to doubles from Sam Kerr and Fran Kirby as Emma Hayes's side top Group A

Chelsea stormed to Champions League victory with a 7-0 mauling of Swiss side Servette to top Group A.

Chelsea quickly charged ahead when Millie Bright found Melanie Leupolz on the edge of the area just eight minutes in. The German's first touch took her beyond the defender as she cut inside to unleash a clinical shot beyond Ines Pereira in goal.

Emma Hayes's side swiftly took a firm control of the game as they scored three within four minutes just before the 20 minutes mark.

Sam Kerr, with her back to goal, flicked the ball on to Fran Kirby to set her free.
