Chelsea 2-1 Liverpool: Sam Kerr bags late winner for the hosts after first half goals from Emma Koivisto and Niamh Charles, as hosts move within four points of WSL leaders Man United

Chelsea won a dramatic game 2-1 against Liverpool after a late winner from Sam Kerr.

Emma Koivisto scored after just two minutes for the visitors, as she found herself unmarked on the edge of a cross and stuck a straightforward chance past Ann-Katrin Berger.

Niamh Charles made it 1-1 on the stroke of half time with an excellent glancing header that would have disappointed the visitors after a solid defensive start to the game.

Sam Kerr then pounced when faced with an empty net with just four minutes left on the clock to seal a late win for the Blues.
