The Morning After Toronto: Mark Giordano Reaches A Significant Milestone

Calgary Flames 2 - Toronto Maple Leafs 4

There wasn’t a lot of good to come out of the Flames 4-2 loss Sunday night to the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Flames fell behind a little under a minute into this one as Morgan Rielly would score on Toronto’s first shot of the game and take a 1-0 lead. The Flames would bounce back and answer with two straight of their own, one off the stick of Joakim Nordstrom and the other from Andrew Mangiapane. Calgary’s lead would hold for a while, until Alex Galchenyuk would tie it late in the second period with his 2nd goal of the season.
