The Matildas star wed Kristie Mewis in a stunning ceremony in Perth on New Year's Eve, with a heartwarming pic from the lead-up to the ceremony showing her holding her boy's next meal shortly before proceedings got underway.
Jagger played a starring role in the nuptials, with Sam carrying the couple's seven-month-old down the aisle, with Mewis bursting into happy tears.
The youngster, who was dressed in black slacks and a white collared shirt, was driven to the venue from the Crown Towers hotel in a minivan with Sam and her parents, Roger and Roxanne, along with the Chelsea star's brother Daniel and her nieces.
