With the 2016 NHL Entry Draft just over a week away the trade market is starting to heat up.
One player generating a fair amount of interest is Anaheim Ducks goaltender Frederik Andersen, according to TheFourthPeriod.
The Calgary Flames, Toronto Maple Leafs and Carolina Hurricanes are among the teams reportedly interested in Andersen, and according to one league source, trade talks have picked up significantly with at least one team.
He is one of the many Ducks in line for a raise this off-season and, with John Gibson in place as the goaltender of the future, it makes sense to explore trade possibilities.
