Xavier transfer Makinde London is headed to Chattanooga.

The 6-foot-10 forward announced plans to transfer in April after spending two years with the Musketeers. His goal was to be closer to home, and Chattanooga fit the bill for the Tennessee native.

Mocs coach Matt McCall shared the news on Twitter: "Like to officially welcome my man @makinde_london to the MOC Family!! #repthec#gomocs"

Chattanooga last season went a school-record 29-6 (15-3 Southern Conference), won the conference tournament and nabbed a 12-seed in the NCAA tournament.
