A special soccer season is underway on Victory Parkway.
Xavier University's one of only five schools in the country that currently has both its men's and women's soccer programs ranked in the top 25 of the United Soccer Coaches Poll.
The only other programs in the country with both teams ranked at the moment are Duke, Stanford, Portland and Ohio State.
The men, at 9-0-5 overall, are ranked No. 13. The women, at 11-2-3, are ranked No. 22.
Xavier's men are currently tied for first place in the Big East Conference after being picked to finish last in the preseason poll.
