NEWARK, N.J. – The dark clouds that had been following Xavier's basketball team recently parted Saturday at Seton Hall as the Musketeers shocked No. 10 Seton Hall at the Prudential Center, 74-62.
Tyrique Jones and Naji Marshall led Xavier with 19 points. The Musketeers out-rebounded the Pirates 51-22. Jones had 18 rebounds and Marshall had 10 rebounds.
Xavier held Seton Hall star Myles Powell to just nine points.
