VILLANOVA, Pa. – Xavier volleyball dropped a three-set match (15-25, 17-25, 21-25) at Villanova on Friday night at Jake Nevin Field House.
The Musketeers moved to 6-11 (1-3 BIG EAST) on the year, while the Wildcats improved to 8-6 (1-2 BIG EAST).
• Junior led the team in kills (8) and hitting percentage (.312). The right-side hitter has had 18 kills in her last two matches and has recorded a team-high 37 kills in conference play this season.
• Xavier had two more blocks (5-3) than Villanova. led the Musketeers with four blocks, while adding four kills and two digs.
